| The establishment of the system of safety regulation on radioactive sources import & export (refer to as "the system") contributes to enhancing the level of IT application and realizing the informationization of the safety regulation of radioactive sources import & export, and to forcing the scientific development of the safety supervision and management.The Ministry of Environmental Protection, Environmental Protection Bureaus of provincial and municipal level, nuclear and radiation safety supervision stations and organizations that manufacture, sell and make use of radioactive sources are involved in the establishment of the system. The objective of its establishment is to form a working mode suitable for the safety regulation of radioactive sources import & export. The system is an OA application system based on information sharing and covers the system users at all levels, with the functions of information communication, collaboration work, office administration and etc on the system platform, which meets the requirement of informationization of the safety regulation of radioactive sources import & export.This paper briefly introduces the significance and current status of the system, analyses business demands for the safety regulation of radioactive sources import & export in accordance with the national requirements on safety regulation, makes up the general structure of the system, provides the development program based on J2EE framework, and highlights the design and implementation of this safety regulation system. According to business needs, the system are divided into four main modules in this paper:business management module, inquiry statistics module, inspection management module, and system management module. The paper elaborates the work procedure of each module, and designs flowcharts and database operation table of the system. Finally, this paper depicts some interfaces and typical functions of this system. At present, the system is already in prototype development stage, and its existing functions are in well operation.Finally, the paper briefly summarizes the work and gives an outlook of the project prospects. |
