Nowadays, the interchange continuous beam Bridges of highways and municipal increase rapidly, while as the geometric and pressure problems, structures design appears rather complex and ruleless with plenty of irregular structures, and also, the auto graphics technology is still unavailable in China. So far, in China, there is no such kind of CAD software which can serve to solve the practical design and operation problems in interchange bridge constructions. Therefore, those design institutes cost a high input in manpower, followed with long cycle, high cost, and many mistakes which do affect the design quality, as well as the improvement of design capability.As the reason above, consigned by the professional traffic design and research organization, this paper is to put forward the Interchange Curved-Beam Bridge CAD System, analyze the irregular bridge structures, and present the system design logics and implement methods as well. To be more specific, the main research work covers the following points:1. After detailedly analyzing and comparing AutoCAD secondary development technologies, considering function supported, development progress and software version adaptability, I finally choose the C# as the development language.2. After studying about .NET API provided by the Autodesk official selectivity, I pack the elementary AutoCAD command, which provide the software utility package for the development.3. Combine auto graphics and interactive graphics together, and try to get data information as system bases from reading final design documents directly, which break the traditional bridge system style.4. Analyze the design procedure of box girder and the data correlations, and put forward the system Framework and the realization method of each function module.5. Under the condition of system unity, combine the design methods of Two kinds of shape beam bridges, transfer Complex structure to Simple shape, and emphasis on how to deal with fork structure in a road and steels graphics.6. Firstly classify the steels from the aspect of position and type, and then abstract and generalize the composing of each steel drawing. At last find practical ways of steels graphics implement method and algorithm.Through above researches, I accomplish the system, which successfully realizes the drawing of construction and reinforcing steel bar, and the engineering amount table automatically. After providing it for the professional related design institutions for first trials, which has proved that it increases the efficiency and quality, reaches the expected research goals, and makes improvement for the CAD technology application in bridge structure.
