| In the automatic meter reading system, there are two methods of the meter uplink communication used widely. One is the full carrier mode, or the concentrator to the meter using power line carrier technology for communication. Advantage of this method is that can be achieved without laying any lines of communication throughout the system, the disadvantage is the meter reading is slow, inefficient, prone to interference. The other method is half-way carrier mode, between the concentrator and the meter by adding an intermediate device-Acquisition. The concentrator to the collector to communicate with power line carrier, the collector to meters using fixed wire 485 to communicate. This approach can increase speed and efficiency of meter reading, shortcomings can not be cross-platform areas and also vulnerable to interference. As to the power line carrier technology for the slow transmission rate, can not be cross-platform areas, vulnerable household electrical interference and other shortcomings etc, in this paper, we designed a short-range wireless acquisition device, the networking mode use semi-wireless.This paper introduces the research background and significance at first, review of micro-power wireless communication technology, history and current situation, then research and analysis of micro-power wireless communications and related technical characteristics and application environment, introduce the micro-power wireless communication technology in low voltage meter reading system should pay attention to the problem, then conducted a focus on wireless CC1110-based hardware collector overall design. A dual-CPU mode control module is used in this program module to make the control and communication module separation, which communication module compatible with carrier and wireless communications, and enhance the adaptability of the collector. According to functional requirements of each hardware unit to design and analysis the power management circuits, respectively, the control unit circuit, communication interface unit circuitry, the wireless module in the matching network. In the power management circuit, external power supply circuit 485 and MCU power supply circuit were designed to enhance anti-interference ability of the collector; In the communications module, researched the RF matching network related communication circuit theory, analysied of impedance matching in RF communication the importance significance, designed an improved radio frequency LC balun circuit chip to the antenna matching network. The matching network was completed for balance-the conversion of non-equilibrium. The following work is a collector of software design. TheμC/OS-Ⅱreal-time embedded operating system is adopted as the software platform, and we design a collector's Boot Loader boot process to complete the upgrade of local collector and parameter settings. InμC/OS-Ⅱoperating system, creating task, compartmentalizing task, and flow chart of the various tasks carried out a detailed analysis. Finally, for the automatic meter reading system requirements, tests which using the same frequency interference on the development of prototype have been done. In Changsha City to interfere larger with the TV signal tower, we selected 13 test points, obtained test results and analyzed them.After the test, the communication range and interference of the collector meet the design requirements, and the collector had been piloted in Guangdong, Guangxi, Shandong, Singapore respectively. Results from the pilot to see, the collector runs stable and reliable, designed to achieve the desired goal. |
