Web services are modular components of network-based, distributed, self-describing, and modular. It follows some technical specifications and uses WSDL, UDDI, SOAP XML-based standards and protocols which make people use these components regardless of platform, time and location. Web services brought tremendous benefits and value for society because of highly integrated, interoperability and loosely coupled. It has been certificated by academia and industry. In the actual applications, function of single Web service is so limited that it can not adapt to more complex applications.Consequently, we need compose several Web services together to satisfy demands.And Web services composition becomes research hotspot nearly. However, we find that the existing protocols and standards are limited to the syntax level,and are lack of semantic information expression. So Web services composition is manual currently which consuming time and power.With appearing and developing of Semantic Web,some researchers proposed semantic Web service, in which Web services composition can be done automatically. However, we find that Web services of the traditional Web services and semantic Web services are passive to be discovered, called and composed by service requester in traditional Web service architecture.The problems of services utilization decreased and services composition difficulty increased appeared with increasing of Web services number.Therefore, this paper is begun with initiactive Web services in terms of architecture of service aggregation driven by requirement, and applies semantic Web and intelligent Agent technologies into Web Service, and constructs initiactive Web service by semantic Web service and Agent. It uses the environment ontology of semantic Web as a semantic foundation, and adopts an intention-behavior-achievement mechanism to unifiedly describe requirements, services capabilities and matching process between requirements with services, and realizes that active Web services aggregate to the requirement.It is another feasible method of Web services composition. This composition of initiactive aggregation can reduce difficulty of service composition, and improve used rate of service which reflects service provider's interest. So it makes up shortage of Web service composition in the traditional Web service architecture.This paper designs and develops a system of multi-agent Web services aggregation driven by travel requirement in JADE based on building multi-agent Web services aggregation driven by requirement model.First, we construct travel arrange environment ontology which can be used in JADE.It uses the environment ontology as a semantic foundation, and adopts an intention-behavior-achievement mechanism to unifiedly describe travel requirement, services capabilities and matching process between travel requirements with services, and ultimately realizes that initiactive Web services aggregate to the travel requirement successfully in terms of aggregation arithmetic. Thus, it verifies the correctness of aggregation method and algorithm, and the feasibility of initiactive composition method.
