This dissertation, which cored by PCI motion controller glass-cutter systems research,discuss the modeling of glass finished products method emphatically to develop PC-based control module hardware and software system architecture.On the hardware structure, PC and PCI motion control cards, as part of master control module's control circuitry and cutting equipment, are developed. Master control module used watch-dog timer control chips can achieve three-axis control in the meantime with the software:Module outputs 0-10V analog voltage to control the proportional solenoid valve to produce the necessary cutting pressure, so as to enhance cutting precision to improve cutting yields. Make full use of PC-control functions and man-machine conversation function, it can realize the variable drive motor segments driver to improve system accuracy. The industrial PC used by glass cutting platform, and the main PCI motion control card from the hardware system, have an open structure.The input information platform using AUTOCAD drawing software has the function using DXF data exchange with other systems. Based on detailed analysis DXF file structure, it designed automatic graphic programming software systems using modular thinking and VC++ object-oriented programming language. The system consists of three modules:the DXF file data read and transfer module; straight lines, circular interpolation module; processing path simulation module, which are independently encapsulated in different classes. In the implementation of control, they link dynamic- link- library dynamically to simulate AUTOCAD intuitive graphical input, dynamic process and control real-time cutting trajectory.The research of glass cutting system based on PCI motion control card automatic graphic programming platform can identify a glass cutting two-dimensional graphical information used by AUTOCAD software, simplify cutting programming to save a large number of time by programmers extraction, organization and re-input the work, and avoid some possible default such as the loss of information and input errors, improve the reliability of glass cutting system and business productivity.
