| Gas-liquid two-phase flow is one of common flow forms in the industry. Wet gas, as a kind of gas-liquid two-phase flow, exists in the oil industry, chemical industry and energy industry. Therefore, the measurement of wet gas becomes more and more important.At the moment, the research on measurement of wet gas is still in the stage of development. There is not any measurement scheme of wet gas that can meet the requirement of precision in the industry. The main measurement of wet gas includes traditional way of separating, multi-flowmeter and multi-sensor. While foreign researchers has made great progress by using combined method to measure wet gas,similar research are seldom in our country.In this paper, a method by using differential pressure type vortex flowmeter to measure wet gas in the state of foggy flow has been proposed. FLUENT has been applied for emulating the liquid in the measuring section and fixing the best position of vortex backward position for the pressure.On the basis, the experiment system has been built, which included installated the pipe, built mathematical model of differential pressure sensor, designed the signal processing system based on dsPACE and LabVIEW. Through many experiments on the system, the feasibility and validity of measuring the volume and density of one-phase flow has been verified. Meanwhile, preliminary experimental results of wet gas have been obtained. |
