Mine monitoring is an important tache of coal mine safely produce, Open air mine monitoring mainly monitor equipment work fettle and etc parameters of the work section in the well. However, conventional open air mine monitoring system mostly exist as a lonely information land, and adopt wire dispose meshwork, installed difficultly, coste high, and it is difficult to expand.Along with the development of embedded Internet and wireless sensor network(WSN), contraposes the lack of existing open air mine monitoring system, we bring forward and design one sort of wireless open air mine remote monitoring system based on embedded web in this paper. In this system, we take gateway node embedded Web server as core, and take many wireless sensor nodes as data gather terminals. Wireless sensor nodes transmit gathered datas to gateway embedded Web server wirelessly. Remote monitoring user visit gateway embedded server via browser, can obtain real time measure datas, and can progress system manage and user manage and etc control.This text expatiate some correlative technique about remote monitoring system, embedded Web server and WSN detailedly. And put forward the collectivity design scheme of open air mine remote monitoring system unite the structure of the work section in the open arir well. Then design and analyz the soft and hardware structure detailedly:analyze the sensor node hardware structure of MPU MSP430F149 and the radio-frequency chip nRF905. Present the joint mode of each module, and design the software flow of the sensor node according system requirements; Analyze the gateway node MPU S3C44B0X, design the joint mode of periphery memorizer, net interface, the radio-frequency chip nRF905 and S3C44B0X. And design the gateway node's wireless communication and data querying software flow. Followly, contrapose the WSN's characteristic of open air mine monitoring system, research the system WSN's wireless communication mode combined wireless communication and low consumed technique. Finally, design the gateway node web server based on S3C44B0X andμClinux applied in this system, and realize the design of dynamic monitoring page layout using CGI.The wireless open air mine remote monitoring system based on embedded Web designed in this text, use WSN and embedded technique, can realize wirelessly mine data collection and remoting monitor in the open air well.
