With the rapid development of the network information technology, the application of computers has become widespread, and has penetrated into every aspect of social life and has thus changed people's life style. To obtain and release information with the help of a website has become an absolute necessity for every enterprise, but the problem lies in the lack of a general platform for system management to fulfill the corresponding functions of the system management, the user management, the right management, the module expansion and the system security.This thesis explores research on the WEB-based information management platform techniques, which mainly involves the methods that the power supply enterprises adopt, and devises the WEB-based power supply information management platform. The system integrates the information input, query, addition, deletion and updating, together with the privilege management, ASP technique, Session technique and the transaction processing technique etc. And thus the colossal amount of information management work for the power supply enterprises is changed a brand-new high-speed service-oriented mode by moderate management. This Web-based information management platform for power supply is powerful in function, highly expandable, convenient in use and worthy of expansion.Firstly, the thesis discusses the development background of the system, society requirement and the significance of its implementation. Then the thesis goes into details to introduce the general design project and illustrates the system's function design and the database design. In the implementation part, the thesis explains the means to fulfill each module in the system. In the end, through a close examination of every aspect of the system, the thesis points out the deficiency of the system and evaluates the final testing results objectively.
