| When the knowledge economic times coming, the human society is experiencing unknown-of enormous change from industry society and information society to knowledge society.The software enterprise, wihich is the representative of the high technology, plays important role on the economic stage and knowledge is the resouce of its advantage. The software development needs a great deal of knowledge to prop up itself and produces a great deal of knowledge. Furthermore, the interaction among various factors which lies in the software development is very complicated. So the need of knowledge management of the software development is increasingly urgent. This paper emphasizes on the analysis of the knowledge demand and the knowledge system construction in software development and take the knowledge management of the software development as the startpoint.It mainly researches on two problems. One is knowledg demand analytical process and method in software development, the other is knowledge system construction in software development. Through these two problems the paper analyzed the conceptions of knowledge management, knowledge demand and knowledge system in order to analyze the knowledge demand and construct the knowledge system in software development.The research process follows the thought from shallow to deep and from theory to practice. The significance of the research lies on two aspects. On one hand, to theoretically analyse the process of the knowledge demand and the knowledge system construction to supply the software enterprise with the theoretical direction, on the other hand, construct knowledge demand analytical model and two-dimension matrix knowledge system to provide the knowledge service to software development. The paper finishes the work in the following five aspects:Firstly, the relative conceptions and theories with knowledge management are analyzed. On this basis these papaer points out the process of the knowledge demand analysis and the knowledge system construction.Secondly, knowledge demand analytical model in software development is established. Based on the stages and roles in software development this paper proposes the knowledge demand analytical model based on the knowledge-stage-role.Thirdly, knowledge acquisition methods and integrative patters are analysed. Based on the knowledge system construction process, this paper provides the methods and patters from two aspects which are explicit knowledge and implicit knowledge.Fourthly, the knowledge system of the software development is constructed. Based on the knowledge demand analysis this paper proposes matrix knowledge system costruction method.Finally, the application case study of knowledge systemn construction in company A in China, a typical and large software development company, is carried out to validate the performance of this paper.By the end of the paper, the main findings and conclusions, major contribution and limitations and required work for further research are summarized. |
