| Assemble and unassembled machine is essential mechanical equipment in modern logistics machinery. And Assemble and unassembled robot is a mechatronics machine with higher mechanization,automation and intellectualization,its the product of the development of science and technology infiltrate into multidisciplinary. With the rise of industrial robots, handling robot have been widely applied in industries,it instead of complicated human labor, completed certain work that human can't do, greatly reduce the labor, and improve work efficiency.Because the aligning object of the handling and aligning robot studied in this paper studied has a high requirement on alignment accuracy, in order to satisfy this requirement, except handling function, this robot also has 6 DOFS function and install the model accurately. Based on the functional analysis and key technology analysis, it's found that the deformation of the key units has high impact on the model installation accuracy.As the strut member of the handling and aligning robot, the deformation of the stand column directly determines the positioning accuracy of modules, its mechanics performance in relation to the safety and reliability of the handling and aligning robot is the key to achieve 6 DOFS adjustment function. Therefore, for this purpose, this paper optimizes the structure of stand column and analyzes its reliability.According to the actual working condition of stand column, this paper establishes its geometry mechanics model, and progress the static structure analysis by using the ANSYS Workbench 11.0 software, and get some plot such as the equivalent stress plot and directional deformation plot of stand column, from them, we can get its size and distribution of the equivalent stress and deformation. Then, it found that the X directional deformation of stand column is exceeding the scope of deformation error, it will seriously affect installation accuracy, so it's very necessary to optimize the structure of stand column. On this basis, progress the parameter optimize for the structure of stand column by using ANSYS Design Xplorer, and get the optimalizing design, and great improve the mechanical properties of the stand column, meet the demand of installation accuracy.And last,in order to ensure the safety of the stand column, this paper analyze the reliability of the structure of the stand column combining GUI interactive operation method and command method by using the structure analysis unit and PDS unit in ANSYS software, proved the correctness of the optimization。Analysis results show that the optimized the structure of the stand column is reliable and safe.This paper successfully implements the structural parameter optimization design and the reliability analysis, not only improves the mechanical properties of the stand column, ensures the positioning accuracy of the model, but also ensures the reliability of the structure. And shorten the cycle of design, improve the work efficiency, has extremely vital significance of application. |
