| This research has its background of the sampling of radioactive aerosol monitoring system,from all laboratories and the surrounding region of China Institute of Atomic Energy NO.303 , For the original single-sampling system,for the problems of no real-time detection of radioactive aerosols concentration, manual control of equipment and difficulty of monitoring equipment running status, a small distributed control system is designed by PLC, industrial PC, and communication system according to technology. Continuous sample monitoring of radioactive aerosol is realized, centralized management of industrial field and decentralized control are completed.The OMRON CP1H PLC is used as the control core in the system, the PLC model selection configuration and network architecture of control system are given. The serial PLC link communication of the PC Link protocol is employed. The master-slave PLC structure control system is built, the problem of data exchange when the master-slave PLC's PC Link communication is going on and the channel number is over 10.The PLC address allocation and system communication method are introduced, the PLC control program is designed, and interactive interface is designed by control configuration software, the human-computer interaction is became more convenient. Finally, the anti-interference measures of the PLC control system are proposed, at the precondition of satisfaction the requirements of actual control requirements, the system stability is ensured.Through the electrical installation and fieldwork of "aerosol sampling monitoring system", the actual application shows that the system is stable; the desired control requirements are achieved, the sample, measure and filter clean monitoring of radioactive aerosols are realized. Compared with the original system, the level of automation control in the system is improved .Not only all equipment operating parameters and status are recorded timely and accurately, but also scientific and actual data are provided for product and accident analysis easily. |
