Researches On The Development Problem Of Logistics In China

With the development of science and technology and the strength of the economic globalization, the economic development of all countries are facing with unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Commodity transportation is one of the basic social economic activities.this industries emerged in recent years but develops very fast.With its progressive organization and management,modern logistics is considered as a new means of increasing profits(the third profit resource)besides materials consuming decrease and productivity increase.what's more,it is adopted as the basic industry and a symbol of modernization. Now logistics has become a focus and new increasing point of economic development,and so is in our country. Logistics is in its full development and enjoying a reinforcing attention for the support of Chinese government. Generally, logistics in china is still in its infancy in comparison to that in developed countries. The backward views,out-date facilities,unbalanced development, disconnection to e-business,few expertise,sole-technology and small-scale benefits all confine the further development.Therefore it is high time to urge the theoretical research,and find a developing mode of Chinese characteristics.This article mainly elaborates the development level and historical progress of logistics in china from modern logistics angel, analysis of concrete features of logistics development in china,finally studys the characteristics and present situation of domestic logistics, and gives some concrete measures and suggestions to its development in china.The creativity of this article lies in the suggestion and solution to how to invoke logistics management,and go a road of sustainable development, which adapts to the scientific development concept.The whole article falls into four parts:part one—introduce the origin of modern logistics,survey of international logistics and developing process and necessity of domestic logistics; part two—expound the present situation of domestic logistics and point out some related elements which may restrict its development;part three—analyze our opportunity and challenges after entry to WTO and put forward some effective measures;part four—discuss some countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of logistics.
