A financial report is a written document provided by enterprises formally to the outside on the balance statement on a given date and the operating performance and the change of cash flowing. Thus , it is the key method to reveal and communicate financial information. The traditional three-table system satisfied the needs of society within a rather long period, which require the authentic and objective accounting information. With the coming of knowledge economy , the existing financial reports can not keep up with times any more due to short of the valuable information. This paper makes the following two relevant explorations on the improvement of the existing system of financial reports: a reasonable improvement on the items of the existing financial statement and regulating the content of the appendix; adding the relevant supplementary statement such as the overall income statement, social responsibility statement, price changeable statement and prediction statement.
