Study On Financial Structure Of Small And Medium Sized Enterprises In China

The development of small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) is a world-wild task, and financial structure of SMEs is also a hot topic in nowadays China which should be solved not only by entrepreneurs and theorists, but also by government. " Finance structure ", one of main topics, has been discussed in this thesis.First of all, the conditions of financing structure of SMEs and its evolution are elaborated. Then confirmed by real data, the subjective and objective factors attributing to the present situation are found. Optimization purpose and its improving methods are finally made based on an empirical research. Through the analyses above, some research thoughts are put forward for SMEs to build diversified financing structure.
