A Comparative Research On The Supervisory System Of The Stock Index Futures

It is very important and necessary to construct a scientific and rigorous supervisory system of stock index futures. Therefore, firstly, herein this paper analyzes the stock index futures supervisory development course and system frame of several major foreign countries and areas. And then, the comparative research among these major foreign countries and areas. At last, sum up the experience and revelation to China and propose some reasonable suggestions.In this paper, inducing, deducting and constructing research methods are applied. Combined with the theory analysis and the case analysis, we can draw 3 conclusions:1. Because of the inevitability of risks, it is of great significance for supervising the exchange of stock index futures based on the essence of the stock index futures.2. We should follow the frame of the macro-supervision, industry supervision and micro-supervision according to the different risks, including the supervising model, the legislation system of regulations and measure of supervising of the stock index futures.2.Based on the situation of China, we should established the stick supervisory system of the stock index futures, such as reinforcing the supervising law, designing scientific stock index futures agreement, and safeguarding the rights and interests of investors and restoring the confidence of investors and improving the consciousness of the public etc.
