Study On Countermeasure For Accelerating Development Of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture Private Economy

Since reform and opening, private economy of our country developed in high-speed, and it becomes main force in leading economic development of our country. Rapid booming of private economy is a society economic phenomenon with important history meaning appearing in reform and opening age. The report of The 16th Congress of Party pointed out that give full scope to the important role of non-public economies such as individual and private economy on promoting economic growth, extending employment, accelerating market etc. Private economy ushered in another flourishing rush guided by the spirit of The 16th Congress of Party now.In recent years, private economy of Yanbian prefecture has presented the posture of lasting, steady development appearing; have made important contribution for the economic development of Yanbian prefecture. But compared with developed area, great disparity exists in the private economy in Yanbian. It is mainly displayed low benefit, small scale, unreasonable industrial structure, poor technology, bad innovation ability, several respects that the management mode lags behind etc. Go into seriously form reason, mainly include many policy obstacles, lack effective guide mechanism, unsmooth financing channel, bad quality of own enterprise, imperfect social service system.
