In connection with these risk the paper put forward methods from establishing the idea of raising funds risk, carrying on the risk management of the interest rate, carrying on exchange rate risk management , accelerating borrowed money items of process , optimizing the structure of capital and building raise funds risk early warning system. The fifth part in order to provide a good fund-raising environment for the county road construction of our country, have put forward several policy recommendations.
