Discussion On The Model Of Technology Introduction Under The Construction Of Shandong Peninsula Manufacturing Base

Nowadays, with the development of globalization of world economy and Integration of regional economy, the world industry is taking a new round transfer. The manufacturing is transferring from developed country to developing country. China, with the huge market volume and low-cost labor, becomes the destination of world manufacturing transfer. On this background, Shandong Province Government brings forward the idea of building Shandong Peninsula Manufacturing Base.Facing the opportunity of large scale technology transfer accompanying strategic transfer of world manufacturing, especially the transfer from Japan and Korea, how to design a model of technology introduction, introduce advanced technology effectively, shorten the technology gap with developed country, raise the position in international industry chain, upgrade manufacturing structure and accelerate the development of Shandong Peninsula Manufacturing Base, becomes a significant strategic problem. This thesis makes a deep discussion on it.The thesis can be divided into five parts. The first part introduces the basic theory of technology introduction. The second part expounds the relationship between technology introduction and technology advancement, industry conglomeration, upgrade of industry structure of Manufacturing Base. Then based upon the interior and exterior conditions of Shandong Peninsula Manufacturing Base, it analyzes the necessity of redesign of the technology introduction strategy. The third part reviews the course of technology introduction in Shandong Peninsula, induces three main forms of technology introduction, analyses their backgrounds, characteristics, advantages and disadvantages. The fourth part, based on the goals of Shandong Peninsula Manufacturing Base, referring to the experiences and lessons of former technology introduction and the characteristics of international technology transfer, makes a deep discussion on the strategy and model of technology introduction of Shandong Peninsula Manufacturing Base. The fifth part puts forward the suggestions of technology introduction of Shandong Peninsula Manufacturing Base.This thesis adopts the methods of combining the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. Through the rigorous logical analysis, it explores the model of technology introduction under the construction of Shandong Peninsula Manufacturing Base and puts forward the suggestions of technology introduction of Shandong Peninsula Manufacturing Base.
