Now service trade is growing very fast in the world, the emphasis of competition is shifting from cargo trade to service trade. Service industry is becoming one of the most important lines and grows faster than others. At the same time, service industry grows more and more important in one country and become a index to evaluate a country's economic. On the background of the world, the service industry and service trade of china grow fast too. Service companies are growing stronger and begin to develop in foreign market.Before service companies of china enter into foreign countries, they have to deal with the question how to choose entry mode. The specialists and scholars have put their efforts on the question and have been divided into two teams. One team reach to it that the theory of industrial choice of entry mode is suitable to service companies, such as Dunning's OLI model; the other reach to it that the theory of industrial choice of entry mode is not suitable to service companies and have to be modified, such as Erramilli's TCA model.The article realizes the situation and analyzes seriously the theory of choice of entry mode. It finds the advantages and disadvantages of the existing theories, also finds the roles of different factors' influences on the choice of entry mode. According to the importance of different factors and the progress of choice, these factors are being classified and restructured. At last there is a model of choice of entry mode. Hoping that it will be helpful to Chinese service companies' internationalizations.
