Interest rate marketization means the interest rate is not determined directly by the monetary authorities again, but by supply and demand in markets . Up until now, almost all the developed countries and major part of developing countries have realized interest rate marketization. Practice has proved, foreign interest rate marketization really makes a lot of countries benefit from it, financial efficiency has been improved, fund allocation has been optimized, the whole economic and financial system have been improved. But the quantity of going bankrupt of banks has appeared to increase after interest rate marketization in some countries.Interest rate marketization is a systemic project, will bring influence to each field of economy, it not only influences the financial market directly, but also influences commercial banks indirectly. Because our country controls the interest rate for a long time, the interest rate of deposit and loan of commercial banks is confirmed by the government, commercial banks cann't completet the commercialization and market-based transformation to a great extent. From the point of view of long-term, the interest rate marketization is no doubt far-reaching for system development of commercial banks, but according to a short time, the interest rate marketization can brought enormous impact and challenge to commercial banks undoubtedly.What kind of influence the interest rate marketization of our country will emerge to commercial banks on earth, how should commercial banks deal with interest rate marketization calmly?
