Napster's music sharing and its copyright case made people advert to P2P (Peer-to-Peer) again. Research and application of P2P emerged in endlessly, of which was Electronic-Commerce. Electronic commerce under P2P model was an example of C2C (Customer-to-Customer) business patterm, and customers were anonymous and dispersive, which greatly enhanced the conveniency and flexibility of e-business ,and made it to be applied all over the world, on the other hand that aggravated the risk and security threatening of business activity. So it was necessary to adopt some measures to reduce the venture of customer, and consequently accelerated the development of electronic commerce.During the transaction, every people was different in moral quality. So people always wished to exchange with reliable ones during the course of commerce activity. It would be good if there was a mechanism which could predict the reliability of the counterpart, and as a result, the risk of exchange would be reduced. We called the mechanism Trust-Mechanism, and it was becoming the hotspot of security of electronic commerce. It would be noted That the trust mechanism embeded into electronic commerce only could reduce risk of exchange in a degree ,and could not eliminate risk completely. The conventional trust model could work in a certain extent, but it could not resist some skilled deceits, for example, some malicious nodes might collude and cheat the good nodes even the trust system. This paper proposed a new trust model which was based on trust-group (TGTM), and its characteristic was following. Firstly, it partitioned the whole network into three sets, bad set, good set and Φ set. Secondly, it introduced reward-punishment mechanism, and customers must maintain high trust value in order to gain profits. At last, the conventional trust model calculated the collecting feedback directly without considering the creditability of their providers, which could lead to incorrect trust value. TGTM could not only distinguish trust degree of feedback but also reward the honest customers, and contrarily punish.TGTM was able to withstand some kinds of skilled deceits because of its characteristics. comparing to conventional trust model, the network Performance and success rating of exchange increased in a degree.Simulations in the fourth chapter validated the efficiency of the trust model.
