Establishment And Application Of Personal Credit Consulting System

Content: Market economy is a credit economy. Personal credit is an important immaterial assets, an irreplaceable economic resource, and an economic ID card for individual to be engaged in social economic activities. Credit is the base of market economy. Without credit, there will be no normal economic order and no healthily developed market economy. The establishment of a complete social credit evaluation system is the base of improving socialist market economy of China, and meanwhile, that personal credit consulting service system is an important component of all-round social credit evaluation system.In this paper, based on using and absorbing the personal credit evaluation system of the USA and other western countries, and the credit evaluation methods of Chinese commercial banks as reference, the writer analyzes the construction situation of personal credit consulting company and personal credit system in China. With the Delphi Method and The Analytic Hierarchy Process, the writer advances how to establish a nationally personal credit consulting system, and giving out the personal credit evaluation index system and the evaluation method. The author also indicates the application of personal credit consulting system in aspect of individual consumer loan, credit card and the financial-aid loan to university student without any guarantee. The establishment of the personal credit consulting system will play an important role in improving a sound society credit system in China.
