Study On Environmental Pollution In Western Industrialization

With the development of economy, the industrial environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious. The main challenge for western china is the environmental destruction. It has also become one of the major obstacles in the process of industrialization. The paper puts forward condition and existing problem of the industrial pollution in western china, based on the economy theory, and demonstrated by applying qualitative and quantitative analyses. As we can see, the condition is so serious. It is time for regional government to take measures against industrial pollution, and coordinate the environment and development.The content is made up of four parts:The first one talks about the analysis of the economics in environment pollution. It consists of the theory of economy and environment. Further more the system reason of pollution was discussed in this part..The second puts forward condition and existing problem of the industrial pollution in western china, and this part empirically examines Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC) with time series data. The result showed that the relationship between economic growth and environmental quality is obviously different from the EKC.The third part is mainly about environmental policy. In this part, we introduced the type of environmental policy and the history of policy in our country, and point out the opportunity and target for western china.The fourth concerns with the specific systems and policy of environmental protection strategy in west china. The economic strategy of environmental protection was discussed, as well as the recommendations to work out the appropriate measures such as emissions fees and transferable emissions permits and set up corresponding circumstances.
