When our country changing the economy institution, some credit absence has been appeared, this phenomenon serious affects the validity of mechanism of marketing, and also threat the survival of corporation. Along with the downfall of some great corporation, people realize that credit is very important to the corporation in the fierce competition. Credit is an important intangible asset to the corporation, it is fatal to the corporation whose credit is bad.Base on this, this paper straights face to the phenomena of corporate credit crisis, regards credit as valuable asset, brings forward the idea of improve product credit from this point. Also explains the importance of product credit management, suggests that corporation can manage it by information technology.This paper manages corporation credit by establishing mathematics model and information technology, uses the latest information technology to study the product credit. Then studies the requirement analysis and object design, defines the logic structure model and function of product credit management information system base on product credit information integration. At last recounts the system, and introduces the criterion of system and the software and hardware of system, brings forward the whole scheme. The result indicates that managing product credit by information system is necessary and feasible, also can improve the status of corporation product credit.Managing product credit is very important to modern corporation, the system and model of this paper have science value and practice value, it also has a foreground to practice.
