The Inflation Bias And The Correlation Of The Supply And Velocity Shock

This paper studies the effects of the correlation of the supply and velocity shock on the inflation bias, which comes from the discretionary monetary policy. We'll see the existence of the correlation of the supply and velocity shock causes more inflation bias. That is, the implement of the discretionary policy will cause more welfare lossunder the correlation.
