Logistic is one of the most important tasks in economic field, holding large potential on operation recently in China. After attending into the WTO organization, the competition level in the market will be more serious. Improving the operation ability on logistic industrial, reducing the cost on logistic process and strengthening the competition ability are a topic in a long turn. In this paper, the author has made an analysis on the model and actuality in the logistic industrial, presented the developing stratagem on logistic.The integer level on logistic industrial is not good in China. More of them are from traditional storage and convey company, causing the operating cost standing high level. The management encounters much challenge to low the cost, feeling difficult to build the excellent brand.Meanwhile, while facing the customers, logistic demand company do not believe the logistic supply company. Under the integer character between two sides, the information and business secret on logistic demand company will be laid out in some level. There is a barrier in continuous and next cooperation between two sides. Logistic supply side lacks of good management method and service content is too simple to match the demand of logistic demand side. Although there is much more suffering points in this industrial, its demand is getting more and more. So as to solve the problem and achieve the target of strong and large logistic industrial, we should improve on scale economy, value adding service and standard service and so on, under the help of government, facilitating the fundamental construction, professional training.
