An Analysis Of Financial Efficiency And Economic Growth Based On Liberalization Of Trade In Financial Services Process

Taking the financial efficiency as a clue and economic growth as my writing purpose, in this thesis 1 analyze the influence of the liberalization of the trade in financial services to a country's financial efficiency and economic growth, as well as the role it plays in the choice of a country's policy. Combined with the present situation of China's financial efficiency, this paper proposes several policy suggestions to enhance the financial efficiency and to promote economic growth of our country, and also analyzes the policy choice of the liberalization of the trade in financial services in China. First, it constructs a theoretical framework of financial efficiency and economic growth, which explains the relationship between them and draws the conclusion that financial efficiency is a significant contributor to economic growth. The theory builds a solid foundation for further analysis. Then, it focuses on the general relationship of the liberalization of the trade in financial services, the efficiency of financial intermediary, the efficiency of the financial market, and the efficiency of financial allocation respectively. Furthermore, the article analyzes the effects of financial efficiency on the policy choice of the trade in financial services applying the game theory. Next, it analyzes the financial efficiency in our country, and carries on an empirical research on the relationship between the entry of the foreign banks and financial efficiency, as well as the financial efficiency and economic growth of China based on the liberalization of the trade in financial services. Finally, this article proposes how to enhance the finance efficiency in accordance with the financial institution reform in China, and how to make the policy choice of the liberalization of the trade in financial services of our country.
