| This article will analysis the influence of core people stock hold in companies through Human resource theory and stimulant theory, and it is base on collecting the real data of different area in China. Then it draw a conclusion that weather the core people should stock hold, the rate of stock hold, how to operate and the some problems. First, in the foreword, it introduce the long reward of US companies, and some characteristic of core people in Chinese High-tech companies. At the same time, it compare the different between Chinese and American companies. Ulteriorly, it expatiate the necessary of long stimulant. Next, the article dissertate status quo of core people in high-tech companies. The importance,stability,stimulant system,commission and attributive feeling of the core people,comparing between Chinese and American companies and point out the different. Then,it study the idiographic instance of 5 high-tech companies in Wuhan and analysis the characteristic and objective of the companies. Enumerating the successful factors of Shenzhen and other area in China, contrast with Wuhan to find out which factors can decide the succeed. Finally, it study the operation method of Wuhan companies and explain the condition and problem of it. Therefore it can consummate the operation method of core people stock holds. |
