As an industry with high risk and liability, banking industry is a critical component of a country's economy and it always attracts attentions of governments, scholars, enterprisers and even common people, for its close relationship with social life and keep influence to society stability, therefore it is very important to keep banking industry healthy and stable especially for developing countries such as China. Internal control is the foundation of security systems of banking industry. Effective internal control systems can help banking organizations avoid risks and failures.This study mainly focus on the present status and the existing problems, by applying the theories correlative with Economics of Information, constructing the analysis model, also combining with the systems analyzing about the present problems of internal control in Chinese commercial banks. Further more, drawing lessons from certain experiences of internal control in overseas commercial banks, and put forward the measures corresponding to the problems.
