With the development of family firm in world economy and the succession crisis family firm have to face, more and more attention be focused on study of succession in family firm. The study of factors that affect the satisfaction with family succession is an important part in succession study , it affect directly the succession satisfaction and the succession result, so it has great theoretical and practical significance to study the factors affecting the satisfaction with succession.In our country, succession is being faced or will be faced by most of family firms for over twenty years development , therefore it is particularly urgent for the study of succession and satisfaction with succession in family firm. How to analyze scientifically factors affecting the satisfaction with succession and explore the law inside to help the family firm go out of succession crisis become the problem to be solved urgently.On the basis of study of sharma 2003 ,combined with variables mutual trust and communication in succession and family doctrine in china, this study proposed the model affecting the succession satisfaction in Chinese family firm, get the following conclusions on the basis of investigating in enterprises:1, it is the variables family management acceptance of individual roles and succession planning affect the succession satisfaction for both incumbent and successor.2, the family management variable affect succession satisfaction further through family doctrine variable ,family doctrine is the intermediary variable..3, the variable acceptance of individual roles affect succession satisfaction further through the variables family doctrine and trust and communication , family doctrine and trust and communication is the intermediary variable.4, succession planning variable affect the succession satisfaction further throuth the variable trust and communication, the trust and communication is the intermediary variable.
