In this thesis, the status quo of multi-brands strategy and tactic pattern of is greatly laid in the presence, with great useful to the brand operation of native apparel corporations and the theory research because of its praxis and theory academic value.The native apparel corporations brought forward brand strategy, brand extending strategy, and multi-brand strategy, which is noted in this thesis, also the process of theory in-depth. Thanks to market study and research, secondhand information, it is collected the multi-strategy station of LVMH GROUP, Benetton GROUP and Sungdo GROUP with different market orientation, to know the station of implementary of multi-brands in foreign countries, and to conclude the strategy patterns in use. According to the practicality of native corporations, from the inner and outer operation, and the features of multi-brands, it is summed up why actualizing this strategy.
