This article applied to the data mining technology in the human resources management. In knowledge economic age, human resources management is raised to a higher level, and becomes one of important part of enterprise management. Modern enterprise's survival and development are influenced and restricted by multitudinous factors. Among them the most important and basic factor is enterprise's worker-human resources, which is most precious in all enterprise resources and needed to carry on effective management to it.At the other hand, much advanced technology is made use of human resources management with social development. In spite of it, some problems are also left over. An advanced technology would be found inevitably. Data mining, which is good at finding mode from data, has been applied in many fields and obtained good economic results. It is open up a new way to settle down the stated problem of this text.At first, the article introduced the research background and the domestic and foreign present research situation of the human resources management system and the data mining;referred to the basic theory of human resources management and human resources management system's production and development;analyzed the present situation and the existing problem of current research with emphasis. In this foundation, we theoretically introduced the data mining related knowledge as well as decision tree algorithm. Then we introduced human resource management system's analysis and design process, including background introduction, functional description, structure description and content, outline design of data mining subsystem. Finally, the article introduced the data mining in the human resource management application. Because the staff demission management involves to human resources management each aspect, the article chose this as the example to illuminate the data mining technology in the human resources management concrete application process.We focused on human resources management system and the application of the technology of data mining to human resources management. For instance, using the technology of data mining to manage all the stages in human resources life, including staffs recruiting, on-the-job staffs management, employee demission, etc... This article has designed the human resources management and took the JingZhu freeway administrative office as the background. In this system the technology of data miningis used for analyzing, processing and predicting the existing data, providing assistance for decision-making. This system made a useful attempt in using the technology of data mining in the field of human resources.
