Since China has established its important status in the world trade, more and more developing countries have initiated anti-dumping cases against Chinese products. Among of them, quite a lot of cases were initiated by monopoly or oligopoly enterprise that took a major share in both the domestic industry and domestic market. This paper stands on the cases which were initiated by India, Turkey and South Africa from 1994 until 2005, calculates the proportion of monopoly and oligopoly petitioners, analyze the initiation causes and the following injuries to the interested parties, and make related suggestions to the government, profession associations and enterprise of China.
