Research Of The Effects Of QFII System On Security Market

This paper emphasizes on research of two problems. First, QFII as a transitional policy during the process of opening up security market, what influences has it exerted on those countries and districts which have already adopted the QFII system. The influences observed in Taiwan security market is the major content of this part. Second, based on the rules and conclusions derived from the first part, the author introduces the influences and results which can be anticipated in China mainland's security market by conducting the QFII system. In the last part of the paper, the author try to put forward some advice aiming to the challenges which arouse from process of conducting QFII system. The author uses the quantitative analysis and comparative methods to draw the conclusions.
