It's seriously restricted the healthy development of domestic Medium-small hi-tech enterprises.In this article, the author analyzed the financing difficulties of medium-small hi-tech enterprise from both internal and external.Internal reasons include their lack of credit concept which leading to the lace of bank loans confidence;inadequate financial management, which influenced the bank's acknowledging of the enterprise' information, thus strengthened the difficulty for the bake to control the risks;deficient enterprise's managerial skill, which influenced provider's appraisal on enterprise's achievement, and then influenced the enthusiasm that the fund supplier provides funds to enterprises.At present, enterprise's financing theory mainly concentrate on the following several questions, Including corporate financing source, corporate finance policy objectives, financing cost, financing risk, financing structures and capital structures etc. As for financing, there are external finance and internal finance, debt finance and rights finance. Also, the enterprise should consider financing goal and financing cost. The enterprise should think over its reality and choose the proper way and channel to financing.In this article, the author put forward some methods to resolve the financing problems for medium-small hi-tech enterprise from three aspects. Should improve the credit guarantee system for medium-small hi-tech enterprise, and improve the relevant domestic laws and regulations pertaining to the financing of medium-small hi-tech enterprise and create a favorable environment for development. From the standpoint of the financial environment, we must make great efforts to encourage financial innovation, and pushing forward the reform of commercial banks, small financialstructure, and a multi-level finance market system, to help corporate finance. From their own perspective, to strengthen their own management, and improve enterprise system, improve their own financing capabilities.
