On the basis of combing business procedure in an all-round way, propose the optimization scheme of t he key business procedure. And then, the author use the method of business system p Ian to carry on master plan to ERP system in law, to 17 pieces of procedure and 32data, use U/C matrix to plan systematic totality and every subsystem function structu re, and network platform and security mechanism of proposing ERP system. Finally, p ut forward the guarantee measure that is implemented of ERP system from four respe cts of building way, organizational change, staff training and risk countermeasure.
