Quantitative Analysis On The Relationship Between Intellectual Capital And Technical Innovation Ability In Enterprises

As to enterprises of China, it is a bottleneck question of restricting development to lack key technology, and technical innovation ability is the main method to solve the technique backward of enterprises. At the same time, intellectual capital plays a more and more important role in the course of the economic development, and it has been the main source of enterprises' competitive advantage. The paper illuminates the relationship between intellectual capital and technical innovation ability, using the combined method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.The paper first defines the conceptions of Intellectual Capital and Technical Innovation Ability, and according to the reclassification of intellectual capital(IC) based on structured extent, the paper divides the intellectual capital into three parts, they are structured IC, non-structured internal IC and non-structured external IC. On the basis of integrating Chinese and foreign scholars' theoretical studies, illuminates the infection of intellectual capital and its components to the technical innovation ability with qualitative analysis method.Second, On the basis of the three components, structured IC, non-structured internal IC and non-structured external IC, the paper sets up the evaluation frame and index system individually. Third, depending on the course of technical innovation, we finds out five factors that could affect the realization of technical innovation ability, and then uses the PSR method to establish the evaluation system of technical innovation ability.At the end of the paper, we choose eighteen software enterprises in China as the sample data, and evaluate the intellectual capital and technical innovation ability with the approach of the factor analysis. Utilizing the results above, the paper analyzes the relationship of technical innovation ability and intellectual capital, the correlations of them proves that the intellectual capital and its components have a marked influence on technical innovation ability. At last, we put forward the suggestion that could improve intellectual capital and technical innovation ability in enterprises.
