With the reforms of the housing finance system and the innovative tide of a finance rose inthe whole world,in our country the securitisation of the assets became a main change in thefinance area.According to the developpment of foreign housing finance ,MBS is the generaltendency of housing finace in china .The real estate industry plays an important role in thenational economic development ,while it needs the financial supports.China's presentsituation shows that housing mortgage loan has developed quickly and has greatpotential .With the sustainable development of national economy ,the real estate is intensfyingconstantly ,the traditional banking is difficult to meet the demand for loan of mortgage-backincreased day by day.mortgage-backed securitisation (MBS) is time to lanch in our country.Ingeneral the development of MBS play a important role in giving support to the finane ofhousing and making the risk of banking low., and accelerating the demand of housing.This page thesis is divided into six chapers altogether :First It have introduced themeaning ,then give the research dynamic status after the necessity and feasibility launched inour country of the MBS ,in the end talk about obstcal factor existing to the prosess ofMBS in china ,from learning the international practical experience then give the ways tosovle all the problems.
