Under the theories of Industry economics and cluster, this paper analyzes current China's Automobile spatial agglomeration and industry cluster with the help of comparative method, positive method and combination of qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. Through the analysis above, we got some conclusions: 1. The whole automobile industry and its various leading-products-labeled sub-industries had shown obvious spatial agglomeration. But when compared with the advanced countries on Automobile production, we still have a long way to go.2. From the tendency of agglomeration, the agglomeration levels of other industries and the whole Automobile industry are all improved in different degrees, except Auto-Moto fittings industry. For the whole Automobile industry, The low agglomeration lever of Auto-Moto fittings industry exerts great considerable negative influence to the whole car industry. 3. According to the LQ result, we found that our Automobile industry clusters had already appeared in some regions.And the Automobile industry cluster competition is positively related to agglomeration level.Based on the conclusions above, this paper suggest that, by way of enhancing our auto industry agglomeration level, we should optimize economic scale of the company, implement unbalanced development strategy, quicken the development of anti- integration of Automobile industry value-chain, create good regional environment for innovation, and accelerate the progress of technology of Automobile industry. All the suggestions are for the development of the Automobile industry.
