| Water is foundational nature and economy resource. It is the basic substance that sustain survival and development of human, also is the vital of industry, agriculture,city, country economy and entironment. Increase of population and pollution urges gradual invaluableners of water, then optimum collocation of water resource becomes more and more important.This paper carrys through several means of water collocation in the light of FuYang town's characteristic.The whole dissertation consists of six chapters.The main contents of each chapter are shown as follows:Chapter 1: Firstly introduced the basic concept, effect and implication of water resource optimum collocation and analyzed domestic and overseas investigation. Then summarized development trend of this study. Finally stated the shortage of water resource optimum collocation means and put forward content of this paper.Chapter 2: Introduced circs of FuYang town,such as nature,economy, water resource, water supply and quality. Ensured level year and range of water collocation.Chapter 3: Established 7 economic department's devotion and output table of FuYang town in 2002th year. Then calculated direct consumptive coefficient and set up devotion and output model. This model showen that the average techno-level of industry is on the low side ,must adjust structure. This model provides for establishing water resource macroscopical economic model.Chapter 4: On the base of combineing devotion and output model with linearity model, constructinged water resource macroscopical economic model. This model aim at economic benefit, can forecast economy development of FuYang town in 2010 year and collocate water resource in every department. Then, summarized 3 kinds of calculating degree of water utilization, put forward water resource dissipative ratio to estimate degree of water utilization of FuYang town. The value is 14.6%, explained that exploiture of water resource is up to snuff.Chapter 5: Constructing water-resource system optimum-collocation model with26 towns for calculational cells of FuYang. This model with a view of the general benefit of economy,society and entironment reach arrived at tiptop, and hold available water resource as restriction, and can be done by "programming-answer" instrument in Excel. The production said that this model takes on more excellence, and even more embodies continuable development viewpoint.Chapter 6: The paper end with a summery of the research and bringed forward he success and shortage.
