Research On The Intangible Assets Development Strategy Of Hebei

In the era of knowledge-economy, the intangible assets are the potential enormous wealth, are one important economic resource, intangible assets's enormous function among the economic life begins to manifest. But because of historical reasons, the clear intangible assets development strategy has not taken shape yet so far, the intangible assets have not got due attention and use in our country, not only the function of the intangible assets has not got abundant full play , even lead to the fact that a large amount of losses of intangible assets, give country and the people's property to cause great losses. At present, the intangible assets development strategy question to each area of China, almost a scholar does not pay attention to this and do corresponding research.To mend the shortages mentioned above, this text is on the basis of extracting experience from existing domestic and international relevant intangible assets to study, adopts qualitative analysis and combining with quantitative analysis, has done the preliminary discussion to the development strategy of the intangible assets of Hebei. Based on cause-analysis, have proposed countermeasure and suggestion of development of intangible assets.This dissertation includes introduction and five chapters:The introduction displays the the background and the value of this dissertation, sums up the research current situation both at home and abroad, sketchs the thinking of research herein and research approach.The first chapter has introduced the relevant theoretical questions of the development strategy of the intangible assets. Proceed with definition of the intangible assets concept at first , is based on development strategy theory, has carried on further investigation on theoretical foundation of the development strategy of the intangible assets, proposes intangible assets principle and meaning of development strategy , establishes the theoretical foundation for intangible assets development strategy of Hebei.The second chapter analyzes the present intangible assets of Hebei, has mainly analyzed from respects such as quantity, value and management ,etc, key analysis is patent right, trademark and copyright. And it has put forward the problem existing in the intangible assets development of Hebei.In the third chapter, the influenced the environmental factor of the intangible assetsdevelopment strategy of Hebei has been analyzed. Has carried on systematic research from respects such as laws and regulations, economic environment , scientific research technology and natural environment,etc. separately.The fourth chapter has proposed the idea of the intangible assets development strategy of Hebei. It has explained the guidelines, goal and concrete formulation of strategy especially, mainly intangible assets foster strategy, utilize strategy ,strategy of protecting and manpower resource strategy.The last chapter at angle of macroscopic analysis, from how to improve intangible assets cognition, how to strengthen the intangible assets system construction, how to reinforce the social service system construction of the intangible assets., etc, to put forward corresponding countermeasure and suggestion.This text not only offers theory support and consult for widely studying invisible assets development strategy in Hebei in the future, also has certain direction significance to invisible assets development practice, this has established the foundation to strengthen the competitiveness of Hebei both at home and abroad.
