Today's dynamic market trends require companies to provide low cost and highly responsible production and organizational solutions. On the other hand, current technologies assume appearance of complex and distributed organizational forms including virtual enterprises, supply chains, intelligent enterprises, etc. The market competition in 21 century is no more located among enterprises, but in all the supply chains. Enterprises have to strengthen cooperation with others and construct dynamic coalition to enhance their own competitive power. Cooperative Supply Chain (CSC) is a philosophy for enterprise integration based on a society formed by autonomous agents, called members of the CSC, by cooperating to fulfill product demands. Coordination is achieved within the framework of commitments made by CSC members to each other. The purpose of cooperative configuring of groups of agents is to maximize their benefits. The characteristics of the coalition formation and product allocation tasks are: a) the coalition of CSC is constructed by negotiation among members of the CSC, b) negotiations and bargaining associated with configuring generally take place before the application of coordinated strategies when agents have only a vague idea about the expected gains of the coalitions, so distribution of the gains can be vague, imprecise, and uncertain. This paper spreads out just based on the above background. According to the different circumstances of the formation of the CSC coalitions, this paper suggests two models of the fuzzy core in the game with coalitions: a) the constraints are fuzzy, b) all the coefficients are fuzzy. Then some simulations are developed to demonstrate the models. The main content of this paper can be described as follows: 1. The concepts and developments of the Supply Chain (SC) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) are introduced, as well as those of the Cooperative SupplyChain (CSC).2. The method to compare two fuzzy numbers is proposed based the conception of fuzzy numbers and their arithmetic operation, as well as the possibility degree of the relation.3. After analyzing the tasks and characteristics of the optimization of the configuration of CSC, an extension of the fuzzy core model in coalition game is proposed to apply in the configuration of CSC.4. Considering one circumstance of the configuration of the CSC, the clear payoffs of the members and the uncertain expected profits of the coalitions, this paper develops a model of fuzzy core with fuzzy constraints in coalition game and studies the method to find solutions of the game. Then, the model is demonstrated and verified by simulating.5. Taking account of another circumstance - the payoffs of the members and the expected profits of the CSC are both vague and uncertain, this paper develops another model of fuzzy core with all the coefficients fuzzy in coalition game. Applying the theory of Fuzzy Mathematics, the methods to find solutions are researched, when the coefficients are triangular fuzzy numbers and generic fuzzy numbers. Using the Genetic Algorithm Tools in Matlab, this paper takes simulation experiments to demonstrate and verify the feasibility of the models.
