Personal financing business(PFB) have become the focus of commercial banks.With the entrance of foreign banks into domestic market,good customers will undoubtedly attract attentions from both domestic and foreign banks.Whereas commercial banks of China boast of a large customer asset,foreign banks are famous for their quality services and advanced technologies in PFB.The question of how to enhance financial services in order to keep good customers and utilize customer asset needs an urgent answer.Customer relationship management(CRM) will definitely be a great help if employed.This paper makes a thorough study into the strategies of CRM in financial services and hopes to provide some useful advice on the development of PFB in commercial banks of China.The paper consists of three parts.Part one is the introduction it cludes chapter one to chapter three.It gives a definition of PFB and demonstrates the necessity to developing PFB and the social and economic background of developing PFB.Then it puts forth the importance of implementing CRM in PFB.Part two is the most important part in this paper,it also is the crective point in this paper.The main point is use different methods for establishing of customer value assessment, further discusses customer segmentation based on the customer value assessment, then adduce commerical banks will elove different development strategies by customer segmentation.Part three deals with retention strategies.It gives the meaning of customer retention,further clarify guideline of customer retention,then debate contents and concrete measures of customer retention.On the above analyses,this paper makes a thorough study into the strtegies of...
