As a newly arisen market, the Securities market of China has significant different between the flourishing and mature Securities market on the market scale and the market mature degree. Thus, as a foundation work of the study, the research on the stock price behavior between china and mature one become much more meaningfully.The article introduced the Securities market of Shanghai and Hong Kong in detail respectively, and also the study object—SSE 180 and HIS. Then select the data of recent 5 years in two market as a research object, compute two Securities markets each from with correspond of the correlation of the stock price index number, statistics the stock price and the section data of turnover respectively. Statistics and analyze the textual samples data by the statistics and analytical software SAS9.0.The result of article indicates that the securities market of our country at total up is highly related in the aspect of the stock trend depend on stock index, the phenomenon of "Rise together, fall totally" are still dustiness exist. However in the securities market of Hong Kong is opposite, the stock trend is independence, and the perfonnance compares dispersion. At the price aspect, the gap of price in the list company of our country is limited, the value of the list company can not completely represent by the price; but the stock price in HK divide obviously, and the price can embody the list company real value. In the side of investment, the capitals disperse in all of investment species.
