| The insurance is a trade with business risk, and have risk even more than general enterprise's management. So, must correct the management idea, do the risk well to assess, do well and arrange to reinsurance, analyze the behavior of each side that the insurance market and make the measure which take precautions against the business risk of the insurance, so we can strengthen the stability of financial market and society, improve the economic benefits of the insurance, bring about an advance in insurance.The aim of this article is finding out the answers of these problems from the angle of insurance market advantage principal part by applying game theory, working out the difficult problems in the market, finding out the deep cause of diversified phenomenon and universal rules in insurance market.The insurance market is mainly made up of insurance company , reinsurance company , regulator, they exert a largest influence on the profit mode of the market and theory of investment, the game of these three form the basic framework of the market, I have analyzed each optimum decision behavior of the each side of the insurance market, set up the model of playing chess in thesis, and have analyzed the essential reason of several typical economic phenomena appearing on the insurance market of China.The thesis has introduced the insurance market of consumer's attitude towards risk and the tolerance of risk attitude at first, then its basic conception and function , and has analyzed and to influencing the risk of the insurance, I divide the risk into the inside risk and external risk. The thesis has been also analyzed about the current situation and matter existing of the insurance of our country, then from the insured and insurer separately, direct insurer and reinsurance, regulator and insurance enterprise, have constructed the chess match models of three kinds:1) I discuss franchise in insurance separately from two side: First, under complete information, playing chess to analyze to behavior of insurer and insurance price static problem; Second, under incomplete information, playing chess to analyze the optimum contract of insurance of the insured and reinsurance.2) taking the example of proportion reinsurance , construct one game model of proportion reinsurance dynamically with two stage under complete information, discuss their tactics choosing and balanced problem under the form.3) I set up one asymmetrical game model to the regulator and insurance company and one game model dynamically with two stage taking precautions against cheat of msurance, draw some conclusions supervised and managing under these two kinds of situations.I have made analysis to the decision behavior of the corresponding interests principal part in the chess match models of the above three kinds, have explained the essential reason of some typical phenomena in operating of insurance market of China and provided the solution and suggestion. |
