Research On Perfecting The Credit Guarantee System Of Mid-and-small Enterprises In Our Country

To built the credit guarantee institution to try to solve The difficulty of financing of mid-and-small enterprises(SME) has been the general method of many countries in the world. The operation of the credit guarantee institution abroad has one hundred years nearly while in our country it is just about more or less than ten years. The issue of the national directive system has only been five years. In recent years there has found more and more problems in the credit guarantee institution built on national directive system on operational mechanism and risk control.This thesis try to put forward the way to resolve the problem exiting in present SME credit guarantee system through the economic analysis of credit guarantee and the experience of international representative guarantee model and the condition of the difficulty of finance in SME. Studying how to perfect the way of capital collecting, model building, organizing and operating.The fifth sector "strengthen the risk control mechanism of credit guarantee of SME in our country": put forward the way of strengthening the internal and external risk mechanism of credit guarantee of SME in our country.
