Brand as the representative of enterprise and product delegate is gradually concerned by the fields of enterprises and customers. Particularly, the colored TV coming towards similazation. Almost every successful enterprises relay on brand operation. Sumsung ,as one of the shining stars in 21stCentury, Its value of brand is two times than before at an astonishing speed. Sumsung has created an excellent myth of the brand.The rapid development of "High Definition Flat-TV " has brought two radical changes to China colored TV industry, One is the abrupt rise of China brands in .national even in international market, thus become a.new force which leads the development of the colored TV industry universally. The other is the differences in technology understanding and handling of "HDF-TV" which resulted in the re-division of the market structure.This thesis firstly definitude the direction of the development of the colored TV industry by analyze the background of it and the way its technology takes. Secondly, introduce the background of enterprise GuangJie in order to make people to have the knowledge of the development history of AOC GuangJie Technology Corporation clearly, Thirdly, analyze the internal advantages of AOC and its threat come from outside, additionally, introduce the basic knowledge theory of brand in order to establish the stratagem direction of Brand AOC, Finally, to make the global analyze of the marketing method of Brand AOC Flat-TV, including position to promote the brand ,to innovate the pattern of marketing, to investing the stratagem of the channel and marketing of "Brand Conformity" .through which to seek a method of establishment, promotion, operation and management of brand in this field and away of involving in international competition for domestic corporations and to provide assist and reference for the same sort brands to establish and manage.In the last part of the thesis is conclusion; by analyzing the strategy of AOC GUANJEE in brand marketing mentioned in above; we think that if (AOC) GUANJEE can insist on these strategy and execute ; adjusting marketing method by trend of the competition ;through keeping ahead technology and high quality; make use of the advantages of integrating the globe resource and innovating of marketing mode to seek a method of establishing a successful brand of (AOC) GUANJIE Corporation in the future of three or five years.
