Analyzing Management Activity Of Steel & Iron Multinational Group By Cash Flow

With the process of marketability, the globalization and the further intensify competition, enterprise is involved in to an complex and dynamic system. Everything is accelerating change, if an enterprise has more activity to the competitor, it have more capabilities to survive and develop. Therefore, only the active enterprise have the vitality and management activity is the enterprise's important guarantee which can maintain its survives and realizes its grows. But, so far ,there has no systematically study on the enterprise's management activity. In view of this, this article has done some preliminary research on management activity, hoping some other to do further study. This article first elaborates the correlation theories about management activity, then proposes the management active definition on the basis of chemistry "activity" and management science theory . It elaborates the importance of cash flow and cash flow theory and illustrates the reason why chooses cash flow target to valuate management activity. Then, this article studies correlative factors that influence the management activity, and carries on qualitative analysis to these correlative factors. It sets the cash flow targets which could influence management activity and proposes the way to improve management activity. Finally, the article taking the Shanghai BaoShan Steel & Iron Corporation as the example analyzes its management activity, and confirms the accuracy of these targets.
