Study On The Supply Chain Collaboration Management DSS

In the new economic era, the institutional framework of supply chain is more extensive and the cooperation relation between members of the chain is closer. Synergetic is a theory to study every subsystem in the complicated open system how to work in coordination. The supply chain system is also an open system, and it is one subsystem of the social big system, which has some kind of structure and order to work. Synergetic is an effective means to study the complicated structure and order of the supply chain.This paper does some researches on the supply chain system to find the control factor that influences the change of supply chain, by the basic principles of synergetic. In this way, we want to learn how the coordination relation between subsystems of the supply chain system is to work and how the system gets its self-organization a benign cycle. These answers can tell us how to establish a supply chain system of high-efficient operation. Moreover, we try to set up a supply chain collaboration management DSS to give information support for the decision.In this paper, synergetic method is taken up to analyze the cooperative effect of supply chain, and the concept model of order parameter and self-organization. This paper studies the order parameter and analyzes the dominating role of the order parameter to the system self-organization. These basic mechanisms of supply chain collaboration operation are the foundation of this paper.We set up the basic procedure of supply chain collaboration management, which is made up of five major parts: supply chain environmental analysis, order parameter analysis, order parameter determination, self-organization tactics determination and performance appraising of supply chain collaboration management. We give three self-organization tactics which are about logistics bottleneck, information sharing degree and the cooperative partner's loyalty, and provide the concrete suggestion.On these foundations, this paper sets up the basic structure of DSS and gives an analysis of the main function module. This DSS has a target-oriented and model based framework, which has four bases of question base, knowledge base, model base and method base. There is a frame of the algorithm of MDDSS in the paper, which offering thetheoretical direction for the systematic software to realize. This frame of the algorithm supports the discernment and organizational management of the question, the coordination of the model and case, and the solving and carrying out of the question.The innovation of the research contents of this paper lies in the following several points: using synergetic theory for the research field of supply chain management to set up the basic frame of theoretical system of supply chain collaboration management; giving the operation procedure of the supply chain collaboration management and setting up the frame of supply chain collaboration management DSS.
