Enterprise cannot exist and develop without the interaction with external environments, interactive process contributes to both enterprise and external environments continuously evolving on. The ability of enterprise is mainly investigated from and decided by the integration with three degrees: Resources, Procedure and Value. Normally resources are tangible and more easily to obtain, enterprise can purchase it in the market. Relatively, Procedure and value are intangible and difficult to copy , enterprise need to continuously transfer resources to procedure and value, for it can obtain the special ability to improve and control external environments effectively, and strengthen its own competition advantage.
